📦 Delivery Coverage
We offer nationwide delivery across all regions in Ghana. Whether you’re in Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale, or anywhere else, we’ve got you covered.

⏱️ Delivery Timeframes

• Within Accra: Orders are delivered in less than 1 hour after confirmation.
• Outside Accra: Delivery takes within 24 hours, depending on your location and the transport service.

🚚 Delivery Methods

• Accra Deliveries: Handled by trusted local courier services.
• Outside Accra: Delivered via reliable third-party transport services.

Note: DwasoGH does not manage delivery in-house. Delivery fees are paid directly to the courier or transport service provider upon delivery.

💰 Payment & Delivery Fees

• Delivery Fees: Vary based on location and are paid to the delivery provider.
• Payment on Delivery (COD): Available only within Accra.
• Accepted Payment Methods: Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, and Cash (Accra only)

⚡ Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for all orders within Accra placed before the daily cut-off time.

📅 Delivery Days

We deliver:

• Monday to Saturday
• Public Holidays

(No deliveries on Sundays unless specially arranged.)

🔍 Order Tracking

• Website Orders: Orders placed through our website come with a tracking option. You’ll receive a tracking link or ID to monitor your delivery in real-time.
• Manual Orders (e.g., via WhatsApp): These are not trackable, but our team will keep you updated via WhatsApp or phone call.
