Product Display & Colors
While we strive for accuracy in our product images, the actual colors you see depend on your screen settings and may differ slightly from the physical product.
Errors on Our Site
Prices, specs, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order with errors—even after payment has been processed. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Payment Methods
We accept mobile money, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards. Orders are only processed after payment is confirmed. Pre-authorization or immediate deductions may apply based on the payment method.
Promo Codes & Vouchers
Promo codes must be used before their expiry date and cannot be replaced or refunded. If a code’s value exceeds the total order, the balance is forfeited.
Order Validation & Acceptance
We verify all order details before processing. We may reject or limit any order without explanation. A confirmation message or email does not signify acceptance. Orders may be declined even after confirmation.
Repair & Return Policy
If a purchased item is defective, please return it to our service team with proof of purchase. Back up all data before returning products for servicing. DwasoGH is not responsible for data loss during repairs.
Repairs may take 2–3 working days, or up to 7–10 working days if the issue requires advanced servicing.
Warranty Policy
At DwasoGH, we provide warranty coverage on all products as follows:
Warranty Duration:
•14 Days warranty for Used Products
•30 Days warranty for New Products
Warranty Does NOT Cover:
•Power off or screen not turning on
•Cracked screens
•Water or liquid damage
•Physical damage due to drops or accidents
•Damage from rust, high voltage, or power surges
•Battery-related issues (e.g., not charging or battery dead)
Only manufacturer faults not caused by user handling are covered. Warranty becomes void if the device is tampered with, repaired by an unauthorized technician, or altered in any way.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Fees:
Shipping is paid by the customer for all orders, regardless of amount.
Delivery Timelines:
•Accra: Within 1 to 2 hours (Same-day delivery)
•Outside Accra: Within 24 hours via trusted courier services
Shipping costs are calculated based on location and will be shown at checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Orders not yet shipped may be cancelled. Refunds take 10–30 business days and are credited back to the original payment method. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
Termination of Use
DwasoGH reserves the right to terminate access to any account at its discretion. You are responsible for any charges or orders made before termination.
Consumer Rights
DwasoGH complies with the Consumer Protection Act as governed by the Consumer Protection Agency (CPA) under the Ministry of Trade and Industry. Customers may seek resolution through the CPA in the event of a dispute.
