  • Cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price

All prices are listed in Ghanaian Cedi (GHS) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance.

  • Payments can be made via mobile money, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, or cash on delivery (COD) in eligible regions.

  • Dwaso GH reserves the right to cancel or limit quantities without notice.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery is available nationwide within Ghana.

  • Estimated delivery timelines will be provided but are not guaranteed.

  • Delays due to third-party logistics or force majeure are not our responsibility.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Return requests must be made within [e.g. 7 days] of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected.

  • Certain items (e.g., phones, accessories) may have restocking or diagnostic fees.

8. Warranties

  • UK-used or refurbished items are sold “as is” unless otherwise stated.

  • Dwaso GH does not offer warranties outside those stated on the product page.

  • Engage in fraudulent activities, including chargebacks after confirmed delivery
